Responsibilities Handled:
- Screening the resumes from portals like Naukri, Monster, Linked in and Employee Referrals
- Extensive Experience and clear understanding of recruitment Process.
- Handling IT Positions across technologies.
- Conducting Telephonic Interview to check Communication skills, project experience, cost, notice period and other related factors
- Lining up the suitable candidates for client Interviews & Coordinating the same.
- Upload the profiles in company portal, to avoid the duplication.
- Negotiate salary with applicant while balancing the clients offered compensation package.
- Collecting required documents for future process.
- Doing Background verification for selected Candidates.
- Frequent follow up with the candidates till the closure of requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Maintain proper tracker for the future reference.
- Keep in touch with the offered candidates and keeping them well informed till the time they join.
