I work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and the Change Advisory Board to track milestones, escalate risks, and maintain audit readiness. Beyond portfolio oversight, I contribute to resource allocation, data integrity, and executive reporting, leveraging Microsoft 365 and Power Apps for efficiency. My focus is on ensuring clarity, consistency, and successful project delivery.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can apply my professional and technical skills to strengthen day-to-day PMO activities, whether that’s improving project governance, streamlining reporting, or supporting data-driven decision-making to enable successful delivery.

It wasn’t easy to balance stakeholder needs while keeping compliance and data accurate, but by prioritizing based on business impact and keeping communication clear, I was able to keep things on track and avoid delays
