I have a masters in finance and 8 year+ of experience in the same. Currently I am working as a contractor with my previous company because of work location. My current job roll is account payable, Statutory Audit Reports, Accounts Payroll, TDS filing and credit control.

I my past experience most challenging experience was collecting investment proofs from the employees timely. Some of the stuff submitted there proofs after the disbursement of salary and come to us and request us to payout there TDS which has been deducted because of lack of proofs.

So we had made a strategy and make a dead line of submissions of proofs before the 15 days original due date to the stuff so that we can reduce the last day rush and payroll re run.
