I am interested in opportunities that allow me to design and implement innovative learning interventions, leverage technology for learning solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align development initiatives with business objectives.
I also value a culture that encourages continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development. A remote role that enables me to be creative, make data-informed decisions, and strategic influence in shaping the organisation’s learning culture.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
In my past roles, one of the most challenging experiences I faced was driving learner engagement in a fast-paced work environment where employees often viewed training as secondary to their daily responsibilities.
How I addressed the challenge: I worked on making learning more accessible and relevant. I introduced deployed micro-courses, interactive sessions, learning forum, and ensured virtual instructor led classes are built with real-world application exercises to ensure trainings are practical. I collaborated with managers to align training programs with business goals, and deployed learning impact assessment to demonstrate how skill development directly impacts performance.
With the above, I was able to increase participation rates, learning completion rates, and foster a stronger learning culture.
