What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging roles I’ve had was at Rayden Interactive, where I worked as a Client Analyst for Phreesia, a US healthcare company. I was the primary point of contact for multiple client portfolios, responsible for upselling, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Why It Was Challenging:
Complex Industry & High Expectations – The US healthcare industry has strict compliance and regulatory requirements, making it crucial to handle client concerns with precision.
High-Stakes Problem-Solving – Clients relied on our platform for critical operations, so even small issues needed urgent resolutions to prevent business disruptions.
