What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was managing a sudden surge in customer issues during a system upgrade at my previous company. Many clients were confused by the changes, and our support team was overwhelmed. As the team lead, I had to quickly coordinate with technical teams, create clear communication for users and reorganize our support workflow to prioritize critical issues.

It was intense, but it taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure, proactive planning, and transparent communication. It also strengthened my ability to lead a team through change and deliver a positive customer experience despite difficult circumstances.
