Occupational therapist looking for Child development jobs

Hello, I am Etti Kotnala, Occupational Therapist. I am looking for remote work since my husband is in the army. I have over 4 years of experience working at a reputed Child and Adolescent Mental Health clinic- Children First, New Delhi.
I have experience working with children with multiple difficulties including ADHD, AUtism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Oral-motor difficulties, Down's syndrome, Global Developmental Delays, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and other learning disabilities. I have also worked in the Early intervention centre that our clinic used to run. I am passionate about working with children and helping them adapt and become independent.

I am looking for an exciting work environment that would allow me to be creative with my therapeutic intervention. I also have a certification in expressive Art-based therapy so I love including arts and crafts within the sessions. I would also like to know the scope of growth within the company.

I am looking for a remote role as an occupational therapist. Since I have used play-based intervention extensively in my therapeutic sessions, I feel I would be a good fit for the role of a Play Therapist.

Developing a connect with children has been very challenging for me initially. I had to learn how to achieve my therapeutic goals while respecting the child's agency and creativity. Online medium is not ideal for therapeutic intervention with children but it is very much required, especially when parents do not have other sources or ways of getting their child to a therapy centre.
