What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
"My most challenging experience was leading a Health check Programs with a tight deadline and limited resources. I had to coordinate across multiple teams in different time zones and manage stakeholder expectations. To overcome this, I implemented a clear communication plan, set up regular check-ins, as needed. The Program was successful, and we met the deadline."
