About you
My background is in sales and sales management. I have done B2B sales, retail sales, inside and outside sales and even door to door sales. I love working with people and want to work with a company where I can feel like I am making difference.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am passionate about people and have personally been through some really great and really terrible onboarding experiences. I would love to make an impact and help new sales associates and other new hires get up and running quickly.
What you are interested in working with us?
The chance to move out of a direct sales position and take part in the onboarding side of your company. I think with my communication and leadership skills that I would do extremely well in this position and would be an asset to your team.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Prospecting and headhunting new leads as part of my sales cycle. Most sales positions live and die by their pipeline, and some jobs I've had don't have a great sales process and so the prospecting was difficult and the retention for the job is low. Generally I find a way through and have yet to be unsuccessful in any sales position I have been in. But consistently filling a pipeline has been a challenging experience.
