About you
Hello my name is Raven, I reside in Louisiana. I've been an LPN for 8 years and 5 years as a mental health and 1 year as a case manager (remote). I moved towards the mental health specialty to get a better understand of my younger brothers dx and how to handle his situation when he is in a crisis. I ended up loving mental health ,saw this job posting and felt the need to be that nurse on the other end of the phone that can possibly make a difference.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I'm looking for another way to hopefully impact lives , educate and point them in the right direction to get the help/medical treatment.
What you are interested in working with us?
The company offers something different besides traditional IPT or OPT behavioral facilities.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Most challenging would be hearing a patient that you will be a rapport with committee suicide or OD.
