What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The fact that I do not get proper recognition for the job that I do and the amount of hours I put in. The organization does not pay attention to technical upgrades which provide more processing and administrative efficiency.

However, the amount of knowledge I have gained is worth more than any degree and I would not want to have been taught somewhere else. The work environment was also very respectful and helpful as well, especially when it came to major deadlines and workloads. A lot of firms lack this kind of chemistry and interactions that actually play a major role in the success of these organizations.
