What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Lack of resources sometimes, demand exceeding supply. As I worked in hospital bed management in Europe, even though it was challenging, I was well able to handle pressure and attain KPIs in time.
Service user complaints were challenging sometimes, but I used to manage with sympathy and excellent communication.
