What are you looking for in a new role?
Having worked 10 counties for 20 years, I want use the whole of my experience to help develop future leaders. Whilst sharing my experience I wish to continue my life long learning ambition. I am keen to work creatively with skilled and forward looking colleagues and have deep thoughtful discussions on strategy, human potential and how to get the best out of the people we strive to help and support. Moreover I would like to work with those who are open to harnessing technology and broaden the mindsets of business leaders to embrace new ways of working.
What you are interested in working with us?
The role of Organisational Development Consultant is one that I'm uniquely equipped to perform. All the requisite parts of the role are activities that I'm keenly interested in but that I also advise and consult with my current clients. That said I'm not complacent and I'm keen to look at new ways of working that may enhance what I do. Given the breadth of the role it will provide scope for me to grow personally.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
There are always challenges in every role I've been in; however one theme is a constant and that is the human factor abd how to best manage the key stakeholders with different motivations, objectives (politically motivated or otherwise) and create a truly collaborative environment where ego's and personal prejudice can be put aside. I've achieved this in all my business ventures and also for those businesses I've consulted to.

My name is Anthony Aarons and I'm currently the CEO of a deep tech AI disruptor that I founded 5 years ago. I have the advantage of stepping back from my operational role and I now wish to look for other opportunities that present new challenges, but also ones where I can share my experience over the past 25 years in business.

This experience ranges from leadership development, business transformation, culture change and risk management across industries as diverse as Oil and Gas, Infrastrucutre, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Advertising, Finance and Hospitality.  I've been a business leader, coach, facilitator, advisor and consultant as well as a key note speaking for international conferences.

Moreover my rather unique background as a former international classical soloist and recording artist gives me a creative perspective and an understanding of human behaviour that is far broader than those from a traditional university background.  I also means I know about communication and how to connect with people; whether remotely or face to face.
