1. Implementing a completely customized pension module for two payrolls with calculation methodologies spanning 3 decades, within 15 days
2. Troubleshoot a failed payroll implementation for a client's operations spanning 7 countries with different currencies to be solved within 3 days
3. Have gone through various versions of compensation policy revisions and implementations during the Arab Spring issues
4. Have handled organization promotion implementations with a budget of 10M USD continuously for 5 years.

As a passionate and experienced professional in the field of HR technology, I am excited to apply (resume attached) for a suitable position based on HR Digital Transformation and HR Technology.

My previous job as an Expert Organization Planning (strategic and technology advisory role to General Manager and Senior Manager in the Organization Planning team) involved,

Plan and implement technology projects based on digital transformation objectives. The responsibilities include end-to-end solution from need analysis, process design, evaluation, managing vendors, delivery, implementation of cloud solutions, training users, transfer/ handover systems, while supporting different teams.
