In my previous role as Assistant Manager HR at Varun Beverages Limited, I led transformative initiatives, including sensitization workshops for 1,200+ employees and launching the organization’s first Learning Management System for 2,000 employees. The most rewarding yet challenging part of my journey was making a manufacturing firm more trans and female-friendly—a task that required not just strategic planning but also the ability to influence mindsets and ensure sustained cultural shifts.

Beyond corporate settings, my work as a storyteller and facilitator has allowed me to raise awareness about inclusivity through platforms like TEDx, Josh Talks, and Rainbow Literature Festival. As a transgender man, I bring both lived experience and a deep understanding of intersectionality to my work.
