What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role was managing the requirements for the Cloud9 maintenance tool at NatWest. The challenge stemmed from consolidating multiple disparate systems into a unified platform while ensuring seamless integration for diverse operational processes. Balancing the strategic vision of the project with the immediate tactical needs of stakeholders required effective prioritization and continuous communication across cross-functional teams.

To overcome this, I conducted focus group sessions and interviews with stakeholders from different departments, gathered detailed feedback, and created a comprehensive BRD to align IT teams with business objectives. This experience enhanced my ability to navigate complexity, maintain stakeholder alignment, and deliver solutions that addressed both short-term needs and long-term goals.
