About you
Love to transcribe reports be it medical, legal or general transcription. I have around 23 years of experience as a transcriptionist have worked in multple settings like Acute Care, ER reports, Operative Reports, Discharge Summaries, etc.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I would fit in two roles mainly, that being of a transcriptionist and/or quality analyst who goes over the transcriptionist's report for quality check and edits it to 100% accuracy.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am mainly interested in long-term work, so you ER transcription work interested me.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Sometimes operative reports are really challenging particularly if we do not have a VR for the same. Transcribing as well as checking for Quality poses a challenge for each transcriptionist, particularly in the ER setting where the time factor is quite important, meaning TAT or turn around time where the jobs should be submitted back.

As a medical transcriptionist, I have developed excellent listening and typing skills delivering accurate and timely medical transcripts to various healthcare facilities. I possess good medical terminology knowledge and have experience working with EHRs.

 

As a medical transcriptionist, problem-solving is a critical skill. I am accustomed to working independently, which has allowed me to solve transcription problems. I have held a remote medical transcriptionist position at Nuance Transcription Services, Bangalore, Karnataka for seven years.

 

I have all the necessary equipment and software to start the work, including a workstation, foot pedal, and express scribe player to play the audio.
