About you
I have over 25 years of experience in medical transcription, where I have worked as a transcriptionist, editor, reviewer, QA, and manager. My experience also includes medical scribing. I've done transcription work for the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Currently, I am an HR Delivery Analyst, and I have extra time that I'd like to use to take on a part-time role in medical transcription to keep my skills sharp.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I do not want to lose my skills as a medical transcriptionist as transcribing medical reports was my passion.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of my most challenging roles was as a medical scribe reviewer. In this position, I worked with some difficult dictators, which added to the complexity of ensuring accuracy. The medical scribes often entered incorrect data, so I had to spend a significant amount of time not only correcting these errors but also training them to prevent future issues. This role required a strong focus on detail and a commitment to delivering error-free documents, which was essential for maintaining high-quality standards.

I have over 21 years of experience in Medical Transcription field and over 2 years of experience in Medical Scribing. I have done all kinds of transcriptions from US, UK, Canada, and Australia too.  I had completed a medical transcription training course in 1998 from a reputable Medical Training School (KGISL, Coimbatore, India, was a part of Heartland, Ohio).  At present, I am working as a Medical Scribe at Nuance India Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.  I was previously working as a Manager for over 11 years, managing a team of over 45 employees, communicating with international clients for business, HR management, knowledge of troubleshooting systems, basic coding skills, which the job also includes editing, blank cracking, QA2 and transcription as the need arises and I would welcome being a part of your organization and I believe my experience would be a benefit.  I have deep knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.  I have the ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles.  I too have deep knowledge of managing the office, MS office products, budget planning and maintenance, payroll, solving disputes without losing my calm, and recruiting. I can even work in odd hours and have no trouble working under pressure or any authority figures.

I am a dependable, hard-working, and suitable candidate looking to secure a Medical Transcription position or a position depending upon my experience and caliber within healthcare or any other facility where my skills and work ethic can be utilized in a productive and professional fashion.  I am eager to gain as much education and hands-on training as I can get.
