About candidate

About you
My incredibly focused determination delivers extraordinary results! My diverse experience in ever-changing industries has inspired my growth professionally and personally. These diverse experiences, fueled by my passion for developing my skills to continue to perform above expectations, remain my driving force to create extraordinary results.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am a lifelong competitive athlete, coach, and program director interested in providing management leadership, exclusive luxury experiences. brand promotion and delivery of outstanding team results by working with experienced professionals to contribute to an organization's world-class performance and unparalleled success.
What you are interested in working with us?
I love leveraging my talents and experience to continuously learn, grow, and embrace new challenges. I am highly motivated and excel at planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations, programs, and events. With strong interpersonal skills, I remain dedicated to meeting the needs of others to achieve results. I am passionate about people and committed to giving back to the community. My conduct consistently demonstrates solid emotional intelligence, calmness, and professionalism—even during prolonged periods of stress. In addition, I am diligent in developing exceptional professional, technical, and communication skills.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Fortunately, I’m a big fan of challenges—I thrive in multi-event competitions that span weeks or even months. I love the process of spending an entire year planning a full calendar of events and fine-tuning countless variables to keep everything on track.

That said, I would say a very challenging area is ensuring that no one becomes overwhelmed, exhausted, or, at times, a little “testy" throughout any of the phases of the events. One way to circumvent this is to consistently prioritize my personal well-being. I have to get as much rest as possible, delegate responsibilities, and manage my energy while enjoying being a part of the event. And, fortunately, I also genuinely enjoy the people—both those who help bring the events to life and those who travel from around the world to be a part of them. While remaining mindful of external factors that may affect everyone involved (i.e. the toll of long-distance travel, the impact of high elevation at 8,000 to 10,000+ feet, or any number of other considerations), caring for myself and caring for others makes it easier to help everyone avoid becoming overwhelmed, exhausted, or testy. I make supporting staff, volunteers, participants, and even spectators a priority. And, along with continuous encouragement, I make sure they know how grateful I am & value their contributions. Conscientiousness, courtesy, and gratitude always contribute to positive outcomes and always help eliminate avoidable and unnecessary challenges

But remember, when managed right, not all the challenges are negative. In my world, challenges are very exciting, a fun way to build community and positively impact lives. Challenges are an opportunity to create extraordinary experiences.
