About you
I am a result oriented transcription professional working for over two decades successfully. I am adept at various specialities of transcription including clients from across USA, Canada, Australia and very flexible with accents across these countries. I have profuse experience working in offline accounts (in the early part of my career for about 7 years) and various online platforms thereafter.
What are you looking for in a new role?
Am looking for a QA position who can deliver 1500 QA lines in a 9-hr shift. I can also do part transcribing as needed. As I have a training background in MT as well, I am also interested to explore training work to new people to improve their quality in a time specified manner.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am looking to explore new opportunities willing to associate myself with result-driven teams that can enhance my skill and I can help bringing in substantial value on the table with my knowledge, skill and proficiency in the digital healthcare domain.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Faltering MT quality has been the biggest challenge I have experienced in the QA role. I have always felt if MTs can be improved through a sustained and structured program, we can enhance industry level output and quality and do better work thereby optimising time
