What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Managing day-to-day operations for 120 FTEs was an overwhelming yet a necessary experience that taught me to get better from failures. It was challenging enough when it began but gradually got better, I slowly adopted new ways of working more efficiently, incorporated strategizing and data driven decision-making for better quality and production outcomes.
