What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was managing the billing process for a medical practice that was struggling with a high volume of claim denials and delayed reimbursements. The complexity of dealing with multiple insurance providers, changing regulations, and incomplete patient information made it difficult to maintain consistent cash flow.
