In my previous company I was tasked with leading a market research project with tight deadlines and limited resources. The project required gathering insights from diverse stakeholders in SFF event. Moreover it was Diwali time.
We successfully delivered the project on time without going hometown, not taking leaves worked day and night but ended up with diwali bonus, This experience taught me the importance of resilience, creativity, and teamwork under pressure.
