About you
I have been a LPN for a little over a year now in skilled nursing facility for geriatric. Before this, I was a CNA for two years in the same company, and before that I was a mental health technician for 2 years at a childrens psychiatric hospital. I work well under pressure and have keen attention to detail. Im a rule follower, I always show up, and Im tech savy.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I'm looking for a challenge mainly. Ive never seen this side of nursing and would really like to expand my knowledge.
What you are interested in working with us?
Remote is ideal for me at this time due to personal issues, and it would help me be able to start classes to continue my education. I like to be responsible for my own work.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Understaffing in my current facility is the biggest challenge. I currently have 30 patients that are solely my responsibility every day. The work load isn't the problem but not being able to give the patients the attention they deserve.
