While working as a Senior LMS Tech Support at Futurense Technologies Pvt Ltd, I received a last-minute request from a stakeholder to conduct three pre-screening assessments. According to standard procedure, stakeholders are required to provide the assessment questions, syllabus, and exam schedule at least five days in advance.

To handle the situation efficiently, I quickly gathered all the necessary details, including question papers, syllabus, total marks, marks per question, exam duration, and schedule. I then delegated tasks among my team members:

One teammate was assigned to create the test and assessment, add the test to the assessment, and perform an initial quality check.
Another teammate conducted a final quality check before making the assessment live.
Lastly, the assessment invitation emails were sent to students/candidates.
This structured approach ensured that the assessments were conducted smoothly despite the tight deadline.
