Looking for Training Manager-Technical

I have served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science & Engineering at Canara Engineering College Mangalore, for 10 years. In this journey, I have handled various technical subjects such as Java, C, Software Engineering and Database. I have worked as training coordinator in the Placement department and had handled subjects such as C and Java for non IT students. I have also served as Quality analyst in Various IT companies abroad such as Avocado (Singapore) & Util Assist(USA) for almost 3 years.

As I have the passion for learning and teaching students, I am interested in looking for Training Manager position to continue this process of organizing the curriculum and impart education of whatever skills I have learnt. I can utilize the latest tools and technologies in today's virtual environment and manage the training programs online.

It would be a great opportunity to showcase my talent and learn lot from this organization to become an established Training Manager. I agree that there will be wide amount of collaboration with different team members in order to facilitate the exact smoothness of training programs.

Always needed to be updated and learn new technologies in teaching department. Make students to practice the skills and score good results. Also during the Covid pandemic, I had to adapt to us the online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google meet, Skype and teach students which was challenging as compared to classroom based teaching. When I moved to Quality Analyst, I had immediately adapt to the company environment, learn things from my senior employees and communicate with them as I was working remote based again. Since there was very little interaction with co-workers online, I had to learn and do my home work on own. I had performed manual testing on various business applications and tracked using Jira Management system.
