About you
I am an MBBS graduate from a govt medical college, with UK-GMC registration and 2 years of valuable experience in medicine and surgery. I am currently working as a Junior resident in Surgery at MIMS Mandya.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for an opportunity to provide healthcare remotely in my free time, as my current job is not very hectic. I wish to interact with patients and am confident in prescribing medications. I want a job that has a flexible work schedule, albeit with fixed working hour targets.
What you are interested in working with us?
I want to work with an established service that can help me reach out to the right set of patients so that the patients can be provided with the best possible care and treatment. I am sure this job will also help me gain more confidence in individually handling patients with utmost care and confidence.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Patient interaction, though being something I like, can sometimes be very challenging, considering that they have very high expectations and do not understand medicine very well. Sometimes, when things do not go your way as a doctor, it can be very difficult to explain it to the patient or their relatives.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am Dr Kartik Ganju, a 25 year old doctor. I graduated from MIMS Mandya in 2023. I aspire to work as a healthcare practitioner in the United Kingdom, and have cleared the PLAB exams and acquired my GMC registration for the same.

I am currently working in MIMS Mandya, which is a government hospital in Karnataka with a very high patient load. I primarily work in the surgery department. I generally work 2 days a week, and hence I am looking for another job for the remaining days.

I have been working for my current employer for the last one year. Apart from this I have 3 months of experience working in the ICU of a private hospital in Gurugram and 1 year internship experience- post MBBS.

My skills include decent communication skills, prescription writing, basic medical/surgical procedures, and maintaining hospital records. I am also fairly decent in tech. I have confidence in my clinical knowledge, and I also plan to write the MRCP 1 in September this year.

I am confident I will be useful to your organisation.
