What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences was during my time at Teleperformance, where I was responsible for deploying and managing a secure multi-cloud infrastructure. The challenge was ensuring compliance across AWS and Azure with strict governance policies, while also enabling multiple teams to work without disruption. I led the design of a Security Landing Zone, implemented SCPs, tagging, and backup policies at scale, and automated provisioning through Azure DevOps and Terraform. Initially, balancing compliance with operational flexibility was difficult, but by collaborating with security and DevOps teams, we delivered a scalable, compliant environment that improved both efficiency and governance. This taught me the importance of clear communication, automation, and structured governance in complex cloud environments.
