What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I was a Sales Manager and shifting to the role of Trainer and Facilitator itself has challenging. Coming from FMCG background and working in that Industry for Almost 12 years, shifting to new job role and then understanding various industries like BFSI, Automotive, Industrial Engineering and then designing and conducting training for them itself was challenging but highly motivating.
