What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
A challenging experience I faced was when I had to manage a patient’s critical condition in the emergency department, where rapid decision-making was required. The patient was experiencing severe complications, and there were multiple medical professionals involved, including doctors and specialists. Coordinating all aspects of care under intense pressure while ensuring the patient was receiving the appropriate treatments was incredibly stressful.

What made this experience particularly challenging was that I had to maintain clear communication with the entire team while also providing emotional support to the patient’s family. Balancing these responsibilities required a lot of focus and emotional resilience.

Through this experience, I learned the value of effective communication, multitasking under pressure, and remaining calm in critical situations. It taught me the importance of staying composed, following established protocols, and collaborating with others to provide the best possible care, even when time is limited. These skills will be helpful in a telehealth role, where clear communication and quick decision-making are crucial for providing the best care remotely.
