What are you looking for in a new role?
Death claim request, analysing and validating documents received from customer for death insurance claims and approve claims by going through SOPs and various standards and paraments. Pay via check, manual check, Fast Track or Total Control Account the entire death benefit amount of Insured to the designated beneficiary.
Also handling Additional Death benefits, Accidental death benefits, Funeral Home Assignments, Re-Assignments, Collateral Assignments, Trust, and Estates related scenarios, Correspondence related to enquiries and escalations is a core part of job. Also been part of MUFS reversal team, core job to reverse death benefit from Federal, state Government MUFS account and pay to the beneficiary.
