About you
I am enthusiastic and eager to keep learning because I believe that Life is a learning process. I love being part of teams and also leading them. I have a nature of overthinking which actually helps me give vairous perspectives of a certain situation and with all the rationality I can subject those perspectives to, I reach a conclusion. I carry happy vibes with me and am a very optimistic person. I love solving problems so much that my family actually calls me a "Detective" (pun intended).Jokes apart, I bring confidence, logical thinking and problem solving to the table which is a rare combination to find.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a growth and learning experience coupled with working in a positive and collaborative culture so I can continously expand my skill set whether by tacking new challenges, using advanced tools or making an effect in the team I work in. I aim to contribute in ways that can fulfill both my personal and organisational goals. I am keen to thrive within a culture and I am excited by how well this position seems to check all of the above boxes.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am really impressed by the company's commmitment and the job profile as I can apply my background and skills to the position. I also want to contribute to a forward thinking team, promote initiatives and truly make a difference.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role has been managing human resources, as there is a great diversity of outcomes when it comes to the people in the workforce. Some workers are highly motivated, and some are not. Some are intelligent, some less so. Some are well educated, while others struggle to read.Some have excellent training and some are more or less rookies. Managing people effectively is a tremendous challenge and I think I did it well in my previosu roleby focusing on solutions rather than setbacks.
