Hey, I am Akshay Prasad, a BBA.LLB graduate from CMR School of Law, Bangalore. I'm an advocate who has relevant experience in legal drafting, consulting and pleading. Having previously worked in 2 well established law firms, I have a strong foundation in drafting in various civil and criminal matters.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking to secure a future with regards to drafting, legal research and relevant aspects. What matters more to me, is the experience since a lawyer's basic foundation is to be a "jack of all trades".
What you are interested in working with us?
Came across an advertisement regarding a job opening related to legal documentation and I'm excited to enquire about the same. The job demands intensive legal research for which I am capable of.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The courts have been challenging since I've been dealing with several cases related to delicate and life changing experiences. Sometimes we come across individuals who've commited heinous crimes but as legal professionals, it is our professional duty to safeguard their interests.
