I am Shravani Kapse and I am a graduate in LLB from India. I have in complete 5.3 years of experience. I have done litigation for two years and then I joined Morae Global and I worked there for 3 years. While I was with Morae I have managed a team of 10 members I successfully completed the project with the support of my team members. And now I currently work with First Advantage as a Contract Specialist where my role includes with drafting and redlining of contracts and having direct communications with the client.

I am looking for a role that challenges me to do better and give an opportunity to learn. I want to gain more knowledge about how legal field works in different countries and regions. The thought of learning excites me and with this role I will get an opportunity to excel and also contribute to the company.

I went through the job description and it perfectly aligns with the kind of work I want to do right now. I have previous experience in working under similar role hence my skills here would prove very useful to the role. Also it is a remote set up and I really feel if one is in their comfort zone they can perform really better. It showcases efficiency and provide excellent results.

One challenge I faced was managing a project with a tight deadline while coordinating with different departments. It was project which required me to collaborate a team which included members from different departments. It naturally slowed down the process initially as we had to work as team and had different conflicting priorities. To overcome this, I organized a series of brief, focused on meetings with key stakeholders from different departments to align goals and expectations. I also set a shared tool to track progress and responsibilities. By ensuring transparency, improving communication and fostering collaboration we were able to meet the deadline with high quality outcome. The client was new and with a successful delivery of the project they are the permanent client for the company I worked at. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication , flexibility and proactive problem solving when handling complex challenges.
