What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

One of the most challenging experiences I faced was managing a sensitive employee termination case that involved legal risk, emotional tension, and operational coordination. As a legal associate also handling HR duties, I had to ensure that all actions were legally compliant, documented properly, and executed with empathy and discretion. At the same time, I had to coordinate the handover of assets, settle pending dues with finance, and communicate clearly with management to avoid internal disruptions. Balancing legal protocols with the human side of the situation was challenging, but it taught me how to remain calm under pressure, uphold confidentiality, and lead with both empathy and precision.
