My role and responsibilities in IBM included Analyse and identify current soft and hard skills levels of sales and management personnel to determine training needs.
Managed curriculum design, implementation and delivery process with all organizations insuring all groups are fully engaged in process.
Worked with Sr. Management to analyse on-going needs, set objectives, market training programs, and insure programs continual effectiveness.
My role also required interaction with learning spoc’s for Training Need Analysis. As onsite-coordinator I used to connect with virtual host (VC’s) for managing logistics and providing technical support for large number of learner’s virtual sessions such as On- boarding trainings.
I recently completed my masters in Instructional Designing from Symbiosis, Pune. This educational milestone helped me in exploring new E-learning strategies and recent technology trends and tools used in present corporate training environments.
I am passionate about coaching & mentoring and hence seeking a position in Learning & Development Team where I can utilize my training knowledge & to contribute towards overall goals of organization.
