About candidate
About you
I am a results-oriented Senior LMS Administrator with over 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, managing global learning platforms like SumTotal, SuccessFactors, and Oracle mHUB. I'm skilled in handling SCORM-compliant content, ILT/WBT/VILT programs, stakeholder support, and LMS reporting. I’ve been recognized with awards like the Gold Award at GP Strategies and have completed my PGDM in HR. I’m open to new opportunities in Mumbai or remote-first organizations where I can contribute to impactful learning operations and growth.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can contribute my experience in Learning Management Systems, especially with tools like SumTotal and SuccessFactors, to support impactful learning initiatives. I want to be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while also offering growth opportunities and meaningful challenges that help me advance in my L&D career.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m interested in working with your organization because of its strong focus on innovation, learning, and employee development. With my background in LMS administration and a passion for enabling smooth learning experiences across teams, I see a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow professionally in a forward-thinking environment like yours.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was managing a large-scale LMS migration project involving SCORM content restructuring and new access rules, all within a tight timeline. Coordinating between multiple stakeholders globally, resolving user issues, and ensuring zero downtime required strong communication, prioritization, and ownership. The project was successfully delivered, and I received internal recognition for it.
