I am a lead technical writer with overall 11 years of experience in product documentation, handling knowledge base articles, leading teams, and multiple projects.

I have experienced with process improvements for different functions, setting OKRs for the team and measuring the content performance through analytics.

Publishes newsletters, and enhances senior leadership presentations.

I am a certified Project Management Professional from PMI.

I am looking for a challenging role as a Technical Writer irrespective of lead or IC role, where I can bring forth my skills and expertise and add value to the organization.

I am also looking out to learn new skill set which is missing in my profile.

I am very much excited to work on any technology where I can learn new concepts everyday and keep myself engaging with the new concepts, different teams, and explore the knowledge.

When I joined my current organization, they were new to the technical writer role. No one has any idea how to get benefitted from this role and how this role will be beneficial to the project.

I have setup a documentation repository, The Knowledge Management to the team where they can follow a certain standards, guidelines , and processes for the team by employing the documentation life cycle for reviews and approvals.

It was the most challenging project or role to deal with different audiences, getting inputs, and approvals through out the process ensuring the timely deliverables.
