My name is Ninoshka Patrao, I am currently based out of Mangalore, Karnataka and I currently work as the Manager of HR & Talent at CRM Talent & Marketing. I possess nearly six years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
What are you looking for in a new role?
Unfortunately, due to some financial instablity my current oragnisation is not paying since the past two months, which is why I am forced to look for a more stable opportunity where I am able to learn and grow as well as contribute my utmost to an organisation.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
