I have faced many experiences in my last role.
Actually I got order for colour paints box of 600 kgs,but i Dispatched only sample product this is the most challeging situation.But i responded to the customer politely and aplogized for my mistake and guaranteed delivery within 1 day.and the customer is satisfied.
