What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was transitioning from a forester technical role to a corporate position focused on ESG and CSR reporting. It was a shift from hands-on environmental work to organizing and encoding plant emissions data, specifically focusing on Scope 3 emissions. Adapting to corporate structures and managing data for clear and accurate ESG reports required a steep learning curve. I had to learn how to present complex environmental data in a clear and engaging way while maintaining organization and accuracy. This transition pushed me to be more detail-oriented and adaptable, and I grew through the process of balancing both technical and corporate responsibilities.
