I am Rajeshwari, a Computer Engineering graduate from the class of 2015. I have previously worked as a content developer at LearnEngg Pvt. Ltd., and later as an instructional designer at L&T Edutech. I have over 7 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences. My work has involved designing eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and web-based training modules. I also have a deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy.

My experience aligns well with the responsibilities of this role, especially in content development, needs analysis, and applying adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences.

As an experienced Instructional Designer, I am looking for a role where I can continue to apply my skills in designing and developing impactful learning experiences while also growing professionally. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced as an Instructional Designer was managing a large-scale eLearning project with tight deadlines and evolving client requirements. The project involved multiple stakeholders, each with specific expectations regarding content accuracy, design elements, and technical functionality. Balancing these diverse needs while ensuring the learning objectives remained clear and effective was a complex task.

Additionally, coordinating with the media team for graphics, ensuring technical compatibility, and managing feedback cycles while staying within the project timeline was particularly challenging. However, through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining flexibility, I was able to deliver a successful solution that met the client's expectations and enhanced the learning experience for users. This experience strengthened my ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver quality results under constraints.
