What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

The task involved onboarding 150 creators quickly, negotiating competitive rates, and coordinating multiple deliverables to meet the brand’s requirements. With a strict timeline and limited resources, I had to be both strategic and resourceful, ensuring high-quality content and impactful reach while staying within budget.
