First of all thank you for giving me this opportunity introduce to myself. My name is Rupali Amol Shinde. I am from Nashik, Mahrashtra. There are 3 member in my family including me. I have completed my 10th and 12th with S.S.C. Board in 2004 and 2006 respectively. I have completed my Graduation in B.A. Psychology in 2010 respectively. And I completed my LL.B Decree in 2016 at Pune University, Maharashtra. I have also done IT software Diploma.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I have passionate lawyer. I have grow to my career by different ways. so I am finding a new opportunity in my future career. I am greedy to collect of new knowledge and things. I have enhance my skill and knowledge. I seem to every professional advocate every day face new challenge in his professional life. They better know how to solve critical condition and problems. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I have experience independent professional advocate at District court Nashik since 2016. I have mostly handled civil matter like money recovery suit, injunction suit, possession and declaration suit, partition suit, contract suit. As well as I have also handled labour and employment law under cases means complaint ULP and Industrial Dispute References cases, Matrimonial dispute cases, Revenue matters. I have expert legal documentation and legal research, drafting to contract agreement and all types of agreements. I have fully knowledge to computer and MS- Office, Excel, C,C++ languages.
