About you
I have over all 6.5 years of Extensive Experience in Canada Immigration, Global Mobility Program and Legal Process Outsourcing. Oversees immigration programs and assists foreign citizens with immigration procedures. Ensure all paperwork including application for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner advise and provide immigration guidance to recruiters and Hiring managers on the hiring of new associates. Assist employees with all aspects of non-immigrant and immigration related issues including filing Open Work Permit, LMIA based Work Permit, SOWP, Visa Sponsorship, Visa Inside Canada, Express Entry, PR, Bridging open work permit and Visitor Visa. Work with Regulated IRCC Immigration Lawyers in preparation, filing and tracking of various immigration applications. Utilizing internet tools and has good sourcing techniques, strong screening abilities according to the requirement and client needs.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I initially started my career as a Legal Associate at a Legal Process Outsourcing company, where my work primarily involved legal research, contract reviews, and supporting litigation. Shifting to immigration services was a significant change as the domain, though legal, required a different set of specialized knowledge and skills like visas, work permits, and specific documentation processes that were unfamiliar to me.
