What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences for me was shifting from clinic-based work to remote roles like virtual scribing and online teaching. I was used to interacting directly with patients and working closely with a team in person, so adjusting to a remote setup—relying more on different communication styles such as video conferences, chats, and emails when communicating with my team—was a big change. I had to learn to be more intentional with how I communicated and stayed organized while working independently. It challenged me to grow professionally and taught me how to be efficient and reliable even when working from a distance. Over time, I found my rhythm, became more confident working independently, and learned how to stay organized and efficient while still contributing meaningfully to the team.
