About you
I am Anabelle Ortega Ramos, my parents' second daughter out of three. Throughout my family life and schooling, I have been brought up to be God-fearing, family-oriented, emphatic and in-touch with the community.

I have had my fair share of challenges; may it be personal or at work. These help me in carrying out my duties and as a mental health professional. I am more of an introvert, intuitive, feeling type of person.

To maintain a balance between work and life, I spend time with family and continually work toward a healthy lifestyle.
What are you looking for in a new role?
In taking on a new role, I am looking not only to ethically practice psychology as a profession, but to also to advocate for better mental health and for accessible psychological services by utilizing various psychological techniques, services and tools.

I am also looking for a role that would complement my current private practice when it comes to time and compensation. Moreover, I look forward to interact, learn and collaborate with the team through the new role for professional development.
What you are interested in working with us?
I look forward to work with the company because its mental health mission and vision resonate with me. I deem it very important that the stance of the company and the goals that we will be working for are aligned.

It also appears to me that the company has appreciation for the work that mental health professionals do. I see that working with the company is rewarding albeit its challenges and that work-life balance is given importance.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most, challenging experiences I have had was when I was a Wellbeing Coach. During an individual coaching session, the employee displayed signs of Clinical Depression, expressed suicidal ideations and sought help for its management. His financial situation was affecting medication adherence.

To resolve this, I followed company protocol by immediately sending an email to HR and setting a meeting with the respective Operations Manager. It brought great relief to know that the company acted swiftly and offered HMO-related options for case management.

I, Anabelle Ortega Ramos, would like to express my intention to apply for the Online Clinical Psychologist (Remote) and related roles posted by Naukri Mitra which I came across through Google search.

I am a Licensed Psychologist and Psychometrician in the Philippines. Having more than 9 years of overlapping professional experience in the educational, clinical and industrial settings, I have taken on the roles of a Life Mentor, Psychology Professor, Psychologist, Program Manager and a Wellbeing Coach.

I am currently a Board Exam Review Lecturer, Resource Speaker and a Private Practitioner. I manage a small clinic offering intervention, psychological assessment, training/program and consultancy services. I subscribe to Brainspotting, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness-based approaches, among others, for psychological interventions.

In my latest previous employment as a Wellbeing Coach, I have conducted online/in-person group or individual coaching sessions for BPO employees, Analyst to Service Delivery Lead/Operations Manager, under the said company’s well-being program. I have had the opportunity to coach employees of Indian, African and Filipino descent. Career-wise, I have also worked with people from diverse backgrounds may it be religion, sexual orientation and socio-economic status.

Taking on a new role as an Online Clinical Psychologist (Remote) will enable me to help enact the company's mission and vision, as well as further my professional development. I am open to discuss working hours and submit documents needed should the company consider my job application.
