In my previous role at Academ-e Multimedia Solutions Inc, I supported users in resolving technical issues, managing user accounts, and training users specifically teachers on how to make the most out of our LMS. I’m proficient in Moodle. My focus is always on delivering clear, patient support to ensure a smooth user experience for both learners and teachers.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was troubleshooting a critical issue where several users were unable to access school learning materials on the LMS platform during a class lesson. The system was experiencing unexpected downtime, and the pressure to resolve the issue quickly was high. I worked closely with the IT team to identify the root cause and communicated regularly with users to provide updates. Ultimately, we were able to restore access and ensure that the class lesson proceeded smoothly. This experience taught me the importance of remaining calm under pressure and the value of teamwork and clear communication when facing unexpected challenges.
