Key Responsibilities:

✅ IT & System Administration

1.) Manage Microsoft Team operations, including email account creation and modifications.
2.) Oversee AlignToday, HubSpot, and ERPNext administration, handling new user onboarding, training, and system customizations.
3.) Provide Creatio training, ensuring team members stay updated with the latest system enhancements.

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding

1.) Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2.) Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

✅ Business Development & Partner Management

1.) Engage with partners to understand their products and align business strategies.
2.) Manage agreements, sales team coordination, and training programs.
3.) Organize product demos and knowledge-sharing sessions.
