What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role as a Sr sales executive in icici bank was managing complex financing deals during a period of economic uncertainty. Many businesses were struggling with cash flow, making it difficult to secure financing for commercial vehicles. It was a challenge to assess creditworthiness and structure deals that were both beneficial to the client and sustainable for the company.

I had to balance customer expectations with company policies while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
